Caroline Nikiel, MSW, RSW  (she, her)

Registered Social Worker

Caroline has over 9 years of counselling experience during which she has cultivated a profound understanding for assisting individuals from a variety of backgrounds. Caroline specialize in working with young adults who are facing challenges related to anxiety, depression, self-esteem, emotion regulation and interpersonal relationships.

 

Caroline works collaboratively with clients to create a treatment plan that meets their specific needs and goals, empowering them to make positive changes in their lives. Caroline is dedicated to creating a safe, supportive non-judgmental space to help guide her clients can explore their thoughts and feelings, gain insight, and develop skills to navigate life's challenges. Caroline’s approaches helps client work towards building healthier relationships, improving communication, and fostering self-acceptance.

 

In Caroline’s spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, going on road trips and trying new recipes.

Emilie is a compassionate and dedicated counsellor specializing in co-parenting, divorce, separation, and navigating the complexities of blended family dynamics. With over eight years of experience, she offers a safe and supportive environment for individuals to explore their thoughts and feelings, fostering personal growth and healing. Emilie has a strong background in helping clients from diverse backgrounds navigate through challenges and obstacles related to family dynamics and relationships.


Emilie understands the unique challenges that come with co-parenting, divorce, separation, and blended family dynamics. She is committed to providing a non-judgmental space where clients can openly discuss their concerns, fears, and aspirations. By creating a collaborative and empathetic therapeutic relationship, Emilie helps clients develop effective communication strategies, set boundaries, and create healthy coping mechanisms. Her goal is to empower individuals to navigate these complex family dynamics with resilience, compassion, and self-awareness.

 

In her free time, Emilie enjoys going on long walks, reading and spending time with her two elderly cats Pickles & Zola.
