Meet Our Team

Caroline Nikiel, MSW, RSW  (she, her)

Registered Social Worker

Caroline graduated from the University of Toronto in 2015 and is a registered social worker. With over 10 years of experience in counselling, she has helped individuals from all walks of life navigate a wide range of challenges. Specializing in supporting young adults, Caroline works with clients facing anxiety, depression, self-esteem struggles, emotion regulation issues, and relationship difficulties.


Caroline believes in a collaborative approach, working closely with clients to create personalized treatment plans that align with their unique needs and goals. She strives to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts, gain clarity, and build the skills needed to move forward with confidence. Caroline’s work focuses on improving communication, fostering healthier relationships, and encouraging self-acceptance.


Outside of therapy, Caroline enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, traveling, and staying active.

Emilie Ballarino, MSW, RSW, MBA  (she, her)

Registered Social Worker

Emilie is a registered Social Worker who earned her Master of Social Work degree from the University of Toronto in 2016. She is a compassionate and dedicated counsellor with over a decade of experience supporting individuals navigating anxiety, life transitions, family dynamics, managing complex relationships, work stress, work-life balance, and boundary setting.


Emilie provides a warm, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings, develop effective coping strategies, and build resilience. She is committed to helping clients set healthy boundaries, navigate change, and manage the challenges that arise in personal and professional life.


With a client-centered and collaborative approach, Emilie aims to empower individuals to foster self-awareness, reduce stress, and enhance overall well-being. Her focus is on creating practical tools and a supportive environment to help clients thrive amidst life’s complexities.


In her free time, Emilie enjoys going on long walks, reading, and spending time with her two elderly cats, Pickles and Zola.
